Membership & Subscriptions

Zencademy offers two subscription plans: Lite and Elite. Each plan provides access to different features and content as described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• All subscriptions include a 3 days money back guarantee
• Access to content is granted immediately upon subscription activation

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency (EUR or INR)
• All charges are final and non-refundable
• Refunds are available within 3 days if you are not satisfied
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• You can resubscribe at any time

Limitation of Liability

Zencademy provides educational content and tools for mental training. We make no guarantees about specific results or outcomes from using our Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zencademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zencademy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
